Paper Bag Shop will make sure all deliveries to reach you and paper bags to be up to your expectations. In the event the bags you received does not match your order, defective, damaged during transport and not in a usable condition, a full refund or replacement will be made within 7 working days after receiving the returns. For exchange & return, goods along with the packaging has to be returned in a resalable condition at customer's cost within 1 working day after purchase, for a full refund. ​ Before you order, please note the actual color shades, appearance as some characteristics of the paper bags may not exactly match with the displayed images here.
